1. Services
Humanoid Maker is a digital platform providing AI-powered tools including website builder, video maker, quiz generator, PPT maker, app studio, and other creative tools. We also offer a premium subscription for enhanced features.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One account per person. Sharing credentials is prohibited
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
3. Premium Subscription
- Premium is a paid digital subscription providing ad-free experience, source code downloads, and enhanced tool features
- Pricing is as displayed at the time of purchase (inclusive of applicable GST)
- Subscriptions are non-transferable
- Access is granted immediately upon successful payment
4. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include 18% GST
- A GST tax invoice is generated for every payment and available in your dashboard
- We do not store your card or bank details
5. Digital Content & Tools
- Free tools are available without login for personal and commercial use
- Source code from App Studio is provided "as-is" for learning and development
- You may not resell or redistribute our platform's source code without modification
- Content you create using our tools belongs to you
6. Prohibited Use
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Attempting to hack, scrape, or overload our servers
- Creating spam or abusive content
- Impersonating others or providing false information
7. Limitation of Liability
Humanoid Maker is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the registered city of the business.
