Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Services — No Refunds

Humanoid Maker provides digital services only (premium subscriptions, tool access, source code downloads). Since digital services are delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Why No Refunds?

• Premium features are activated immediately after payment
• Source code downloads cannot be "returned" once accessed
• As per Indian Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, digital goods delivered electronically are exempt from return/refund obligations once consumed

3. Cancellation

• You may choose not to renew your subscription — it will simply expire at the end of the billing period
• There is no auto-renewal. Each purchase is a one-time payment for the selected duration
• We do not charge recurring payments without your explicit action

4. Exceptions

We may consider a refund in exceptional cases:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error (with proof)
• Payment charged but premium not activated due to system failure (with transaction ID)

Contact our support page within 24 hours of the issue with your transaction details.

5. Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
